Volunteer Resources necessary for accomplishment of the Mission Statement of the Cascade County Republican Central Committee:
- ‘TARGET’ Newsletter; 3 - 4 Issues per year. News, Opinion, Mailing
- Assistance with assembly of newsletter for mailing
- Letters to Editor by recipients of Newsletter
- News articles reporting on Local GOP activities
- Montana State Fair (Late July -- early August)
- 2 booths to be staffed by 2 Volunteers /shift for Fair that lasts for 9± days.
- 12 hour day divided into 4 (3 hr.) shifts (need for 8 Volunteers/day; total of 72 shifts)
- July 4th Parade
- Filling & sealing bags w/peanuts will require 2 days /week at 3 hrs /day by 3 Volunteers for 3 months (April, May, June) for a total equal to 24 days. (72 Volunteer days)
- Assisting in the final assembly of GOP Float; Evening before parade: 4-5 Vol. for ±1½ Hours
- Lincoln-Reagan Day
- Annual Dinner & Major Fundraiser of CCRCC.
- Assist planning committee in the solicitation of items for the ‘Silent Auction’
- Assist in a phone bank effort to ‘market’ the ‘L-R Program’ and solicit attendance.
- CCRCC ‘Web Site’
- Volunteer in the planning of an effective ‘Website’
- Assist in the ‘marketing effort’ to promote the use of our site.
- General Election Operations
- Support of GOP Candidates to execute their election campaign plans.
- Support Poll Watching efforts of Precinct Captains.
- Precinct Captain: Service as an elected leader for one of Cascade County’s 38 Precincts
- A total of 76 Captains are needed to fill all of the available seats
- Main line of support for election of GOP candidates for County and State offices.
- Serve the needs of our candidates’ campaign in your precinct.
- Yard Sign Locations
- Poll watching and/or contact of voters identified by poll watch operations.
- Other specific campaign operations identified by each candidate.
- CCRCC Data Base
- Orientation to functions involved with database is .
- Assist manager of existing Data Base and Voter Vault Operations
- Volunteers will assist in our critical and on-going voter identification efforts.
